How long is the flight to Orlando?
From our main terminal in Fort Pierce (FPR), plan on roughly 42 min in the Grand Caravan or 45 min in the Piper Seneca, plus taxi time. Use our trip planner for an estimate from any Florida airport.
Which Orlando airport will we use?
Usually Orlando Executive (ORL). It is much closer to downtown and the convention corridor than MCO, with no airline traffic to wait behind. For some trips MCO or another nearby field makes more sense, and your coordinator will say which.
Is chartering practical for a family theme-park trip?
It works well. No security line with kids and strollers, car seats installed before you arrive, and departure times built around park hours rather than airline schedules.
How fast can a business day-trip work?
From any of our Florida bases, Orlando is well under an hour in the air. Out in the morning, a full day of meetings or convention floor, home the same evening.
