When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and trip details. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to collect usage data such as pages visited, how you arrived at the site, approximate location and device type. How we use it
We use your information to respond to quote requests, plan and operate your charter, communicate about your trip, and comply with FAA and customs requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Trip details may be shared with parties necessary to operate your flight, such as partner operators in our charter network, airport facilities and customs/immigration authorities, and as required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain booking records as required by regulation and business need, and take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
